AuthorityRadar

Terms of Service

Last updated October 27, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Chain Assets LLC ("we" or "us"), which runs AuthorityRadar. By subscribing to or using AuthorityRadar, you agree to them. If you use AuthorityRadar for a company, you agree to them for that company too.

What AuthorityRadar is

AuthorityRadar is a subscription website for freight dispatchers. It lists motor carriers from public records published by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), adds our own estimates, such as lead scores, equipment types, countdowns to active, filing-service labels and risk flags, and gives you tools to track your outreach.

We aren't affiliated with FMCSA or the U.S. Department of Transportation.

Estimates and accuracy

FMCSA records can be late, incomplete or wrong, and our estimates are automated guesses. We don't promise that any listing is accurate or complete, that FMCSA will grant an authority on the date we estimate, or that a phone number or email reaches a carrier's owner. Check anything important with FMCSA before you rely on it.

AuthorityRadar is for finding and tracking business prospects. Don't use it to decide whether anyone is eligible for credit, insurance, employment, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Your account

Each login is for one person. Don't share your password. A login works on a limited number of devices at once, and signing in on another device signs out the oldest one.

You're responsible for what happens under your login. If you think someone else has used it, email chainassetslab@gmail.com right away.

Subscription, price and cancellation

How you may use AuthorityRadar

You may use AuthorityRadar, and anything you export from it, only to find and contact prospects for your own dispatch business. You may not:

Each export contains a record that identifies the account that made it, so a leaked list can be traced back to that account.

Calls, texts and emails are your responsibility

You're responsible for how you contact the people you find through AuthorityRadar, and for following every law that applies, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Telemarketing Sales Rule, the National Do Not Call Registry, state telemarketing and do-not-call laws, and the CAN-SPAM Act.

Many new carriers are one-person businesses that list a personal cell phone. Don't use an autodialer or prerecorded messages, or send marketing texts, without the consent the law requires, and honor every request to stop contacting someone. AuthorityRadar gives you information, not legal advice.

Suspension and closing accounts

We may suspend or close your account, without a refund, if you break these terms, if your use puts AuthorityRadar or other people at risk, or if the law requires it. We'll tell you why, unless the law or a security concern prevents it.

No warranties

AuthorityRadar is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that AuthorityRadar will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim about AuthorityRadar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

Claims caused by your outreach

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you contacted people you found through AuthorityRadar, or because you broke these terms or the law, you'll defend us and cover the costs, including reasonable legal fees.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email subscribers or post a notice on this site before they take effect. If you keep using AuthorityRadar after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
